On May 2nd I deposited with USPS a parcel to the BAR of Texas and Texas ~ State Commission on Judicial Conduct, (SCJC) concerning the Barratrous Misconduct of the CITY OF SNYDER, Inc. Municipal Court, HERE.

Nothing from the BAR of Texas but, the SCJC sent Me a response, and I responsed back to them HERE.

My COUNTERCLAIM was in response to citation #E020937 issued by City of Snyder, Inc. Police OFFICERS who arrested, accosted, then comitted larceny and armed robbery by stealing My Principal's PRIVATE conveyance September 11, 2024.

        The Officers and the City of Snyder, Inc. Administration are NAMED as Offenders, whose responsibility it is to see that their CORPORATE employees are properly trained and equipped to Serve and Protect the Public Trust and People thereof.

        COUNTERCLAIM delivered by REGISTERED Mail / Return Receipt to each NAMED Offender, however, as of today November 29, 2024, My COUNTERCLAIM has yet to be answered.

        Then on November 20, 2024, A Copy of a Fabricated Complaint and
Pre-Trial Hearing NOTICE was conveyed to My Principal by the
SNYDER, Inc. MUNICIPAL COURT.

        Even though I responded to citation #E020937 on September 27, 2024, with a COUNTERCLAIM addressing the cited infractions of September 11, 2024, the CITY OF SNYDER, Inc. Municipal Court, being one of the NAMED Offending Parties, is committing an act of barratry by continuing to move against My Principal, LANE BOWERSİ when the COUNTERCLAIM is yet to be answered by anyone.

        As a matter of FACT (4) four of the NAMED Parties to the COUNTERCLAIM are in the most recent communication from the court. The CITY OF SNYDER, Inc. Municipal Court, Angela Rene Blair, Brad Scott Overcash, and Zachory Tyler Carter, which looks a whole lot like retaliation for the COUNTERCLAIM.

         Citation #E020937 has already been explicitly answered within the COUNTERCLAIM which NO TRUSTEE has answered as a Fiduciary to the Public Trust, obligated to the Dutys of the offices they hold and are PAID for providing service to the Snyder community, which means answering when asked or directed to for the benefit of the Public Trust they serve.

        I have asked before, is there not ONE Employee in the entire corporate structure of the CITY OF SNYDER, Inc. that follows the law within the Fiduciary Responsibilities of their office?
